Sophie has extensive startup experience and helps Highway1 teams with Customer Experience & Support.
Sophie is the founder of Customer Service Lab, and she has spent her career working with startups in customer support with some of the most innovative companies like Leap Motion, Tile, Moo, Etsy, Indiegogo, Teespring, Ofoto-KodakGallery, and more.
After building and managing CS teams for startups for more than a decade, Sophie decided to launch her own startup to bring her vision, experience and knowledge of customer support to other founders.
She’s also passionate about bringing the Support industry together. In 2014 she launched a workshop series for CS executives in startups to create a community for exchange, brainstorming and real innovation.
