Luma Legacy

Luma Legacy is changing the future of jewelry with a new generation of stylish and modern keepsakes, transforming digital memories into collectible charms to carry throughout your day.

Alina Balean and Karol Munoz founded Luma Legacy while working as freelance designers in New York City.

Karol, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, and Alina, who has a Master’s in interaction design from New York University, saw an opportunity for jewelry to capture the digital memories of modern life.

Brigid Walsh, former director of computational fashion at Eyebeam, and a graduate of the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, joined them.
