Compression Kinetics

Compression Kinetics is developing the next generation of wearable technology, actively improving the athletic performance of its wearers.

Pioneers of dynamic compression technology, Compression Kinetics is transforming existing compression techniques into a mobile, sleek and affordable wearable for the first time. With the simple Compression Kinetics calf sleeve, any athlete, from professionals to weekend warriors, can recover faster and improve performance.

Compression Kinetics was founded by John Pamplin and Jeff Smith in 2013 at the University of North Carolina while John was studying biomedical engineering and Jeff was studying economics and scientific entrepreneurship. Based on technology invented by John, the company won second place in the Carolina Challenge and was accepted into the ZeroTo510 accelerator in Memphis, Tennessee in Spring 2014.
